Get messages related to sequencing depth

This function generates informative messages regarding the scaling of counts by sequencing depth.

Usage

get_messages_sequencing_depth(scaling_factors, threshold_cov_var = 1.5)

Arguments

scaling_factors

Scaling factors obtained from sequencing depth

threshold_cov_var

Threshold coefficient of variation to detect heterogeneity in scaling
